JDCPhosphate successfully concluded its 9th hot operating interval during which it demonstrated the effectiveness of mechanical modifications to its ported rotary kiln intended to enhance kiln performance. JDCPhosphate’s improved hard process could “transform the phosphate industry”

An improved hard process (IHP) beneficiation process being devel-oped by Florida, US-based, JDCPhosphate, Inc. could cut costs for phosphoric acid producers by 30% or more, the company told IM.
